Book Breezy Graphics follows a no refund policy. Once an item has been sent to a client, no money is to be reimbursed unless a fault or mistake is made on our end. At any time should we feel a client is being blatantly rude or disrespectful, BBG reserves the right to opt-out of the project and no money will be reimbursed unless the project has not yet been started. 

All graphics have a turnaround time of 5-10 business days. Turnaround times will begin for each order once all information (description, images, colors, logos, etc.) is submitted. 

EX: If payment is made on April 1st, but information is not submitted until April 5th, your turnaround time will begin from April 5th.

If you would like to receive your flyer(s) in 1 or 2-3 business days please select the 'Yes' option under the rush order selection.
